  1. Agree:

Science proves miracles wrong, rules of science outlaws those of miracles

Very few true cases of miracles, no confirmation, or scientifical evidence, eg a video of a person flying, ....

Also people say that miracles are made up stories.

Against: Accounts of people healed from temrinal diseases, eg that famous baseball(or someother sport) healed from cancer. Also this guy who was injured in soccer and doctors say that he couldn't be healed fast enough to play the next round, that guy prayed and didn't take MEDS, and then, he healed very quickly and played for the match.

Others say that it is a miracle that we are alive, because it takes a lot of things for planet earth to sustain humans.

Also the bible has lots of eyewitness of miracles, eg Jesus's ressurection.

  2. A 'for' point:

Some people would argue that just because science can't explain some miracles now doesn't mean that there is no explanation. Humans don't know everything about science yet - perhaps there's still a crucial part of science that we haven't figured out, but would account for what we call 'miracles'.

An example might be the murtis in some temples 'drinking' milk in India. (http://www.crystalinks.com/milkmiracle.html)
People believed that it was a miracle and a sign of God, until scientists gave 'capillary action' as their explanation.

Similarly, there might be some scientific explanation in the future to miracles that can't be explained right now. Just because they can't be explained now doesn't mean that there is no explanation and the miracle is really a miracle. Therefore it isn't possible to believe in miracles today.

  3. You cannot believe in miracles today:

Some people would argue that you cannot believe in miracles today as in the 21st century, highly advanced technology exists, and is still developing. Not all of that technology is revealed to the public, which is why we cannot be sure if miracles ARE MIRACLES, or if miracles are just the result of some sort of new technology. Therefore, it would be better to assume that you cannot believe in miracles nowadays.
