Explain how atman and Brahman are connected in Hinduism:

1 comment:

  1. Hindus believe that the atman is part of Brahman. The ultimate goal for a Hindu is to achieve Moksha, which is liberation of the soul. They believe that when this happens, the soul is free of samsara (cycle of rebirth) and can become one with Brahman. The atman and Brahman are essentially the same thing, Hindus believe that Brahman is a part of every thing and every one. So in that sense, the atman and Brahman are realted.
